Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 — Consent Notice

By using the YCCP platform, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

Data collected: Organisation details, waste entry records, user email, and activity logs.

Purpose: Sustainability tracking, BRSR reporting, and emissions calculations only. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

Data storage: All data is stored on Google Firebase servers with India-region preference, in compliance with DPDP Act 2023.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact your YCCP administrator or email shwetham@yujirplanet.com.

Retention: Waste records are retained for 7 years as required for sustainability audit compliance. Auth logs are retained for 90 days.

Data sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties except as required for BRSR reporting or at your explicit request for verification purposes.
